TransLink, Greater Vancouver's transit system, has a fare evasion problem--made worse by the fact they have no ability to collect the $173 fines they issue. All of this comes at the same time as TransLink wants another billion dollars in tax grabs, which CTF BC Director Jordan Bateman outright rejects.
